Fibre Installation Repair Supervisor

Lead fibre, wireless coax, copper, and CLEC network work as an Installation & Repair Supervisor in Burgessville or Thedford, Ontario. Coach technicians while supporting customers. This permanent, full-time supervisor leads Installation & Repair Technicians and Specialists. The work combines hands-on telecommunications service, team coaching, quality assurance, and process improvement. You will support independent telephone, FTTH, and CLEC communities while maintaining service excellence. Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily Installation and Repair team operations Assist customers, contractors, stakeholders, and team members Inspect copper, coax, and fibre network cables Oversee technician maintenance requests and network repairs Develop training programs, meetings, and coaching plans Requirements:

Valid G license with a clean driving record Experience working in a fibre plant Minimum three years of industry experience Proven leadership, coaching, and mentoring capabilities Ability to climb, lift, carry, and work outdoors Apply telecommunications leadership, fibre expertise, coaching, and technical problem-solving across Installation & Repair operations.
