Apparel Clerk Customer Service

Build customer connections as an Apparel Clerk at Real Canadian Superstore, using product knowledge and attentive service throughout the store. Support shoppers while keeping apparel areas ready, stocked, and organized.

Store Team Members help create positive in-store shopping experiences through conversation, product knowledge, and reliable department standards. You will respond to customer needs, maintain displays, support promotions, and keep apparel areas neat. Training is provided, and previous experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service and respond to shopper needs
• Stock shelves and maintain product displays
• Scan products accurately and identify inventory needs
• Assist with ordering and company-directed promotions
• Maintain neat areas and health and safety standards

Requirements:

• Team-oriented approach with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and learn new things
• Resourcefulness and courtesy when resolving customer questions
• Flexibility for days, evenings, and weekends
• Ability to move up to 50 pounds throughout shifts
