Concession Shift Leader Milton

The Concession Shift Leader supports smooth concession operations while directing part-time concession attendants. Key Responsibilities:

• Assign work and direct concession attendants throughout shifts
• Prepare food and serve customers with excellent service
• Handle cash accurately and balance shift-end totals
• Complete inventory functions, reports, orders, and deliveries
• Maintain clean equipment, shelves, displays, and sanitary areas

Requirements:

• Minimum grade 11 education
• One year of food preparation and cash handling experience
• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Planning, organization, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
