Construction Project Manager Ontario

Lead construction and restoration projects with knowledge of the Ontario Building Code, coordinating budgets, schedules, resources, and project stakeholders. This position includes occasional on-call flexibility. The Project Manager works on behalf of a valued client in the restoration and construction industry. Responsibilities cover project delivery, client and insurance adjuster coordination, subcontractor and vendor communication, and performance tracking. Candidates bring five to seven years of relevant experience, strong communication, and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate clients and insurance adjusters throughout projects Direct subcontractor and vendor coordination Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources Monitor quality standards, safety compliance, and KPIs Requirements:

Five to seven years construction or restoration experience Knowledge of the Ontario Building Code Strong leadership and communication skills Strong problem-solving skills Valid driver’s license and occasional on-call flexibility Use construction leadership, Ontario Building Code knowledge, and stakeholder coordination to deliver restoration projects against defined standards.
