Join our energetic team under the guidance of the Executive Housekeeper and Housekeeping Manager. This position involves coordinating room attendants, supervisors, and housekeeping staff, ensuring peak performance and service quality. You will conduct inspections, manage guest complaints, and support training initiatives for a seamless operation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily cleaning services in guest rooms and public areas
• Manage and supervise housekeeping staff effectively
• Conduct inspections for cleanliness and safety standards
• Provide support during emergency situations as needed
• Train, coach, and motivate team members consistently
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in hotel housekeeping
• Hospitality-related post-secondary education is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant systems
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Flexible availability for evening and weekend shifts
