Senior Sector Financial Controller

Lead financial reporting and analysis as a Senior Sector Controller in London, Ontario, supporting accounting teams and operational decision-making.

This senior accounting position oversees reporting, controls, audits, and financial issue resolution. You will guide Sector Controllers and Senior District Accountants while partnering with Operations and senior management. The work requires computerized accounting experience, analytical judgment, and strong communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support Sector Controllers and Senior District Accountants
• Oversee accurate monthly and quarterly financial reporting
• Review balance sheets and operating statement analysis
• Partner with Operations to explain financial results
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and internal controls

Requirements:

• Post-secondary Accounting degree or diploma
• Accounting designation or equivalent work experience
• Five years of financial accounting experience
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
