Job description
Build Java solutions for banking platform modernization, using backend or full-stack development and Angular experience where applicable. Support secure digital experiences through Agile delivery.
This senior developer assignment supports a large-scale financial technology modernization initiative. You will develop, test, document, and support Java solutions for secure data sharing, real-time events, customer consent, and digital experiences. Collaboration spans engineering, business analysis, quality engineering, and product teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and support Java code or configuration changes
- Deliver scoped features, enhancements, and automation
- Collaborate across teams from development through implementation
- Create architecture notes, runbooks, onboarding, and API documentation
- Investigate issues and improve platform reliability
Requirements:
- Five or more years developing with Java
- Five or more years backend or full-stack development
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Practical Agile delivery experience
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
