With 3-5 years of automotive management experience, your leadership will motivate the Used Vehicle Sales Team to meet set goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Appraise trade-in vehicles and make strategic decisions
• Manage inventory levels with a target supply of 45 days
• Develop a service drive acquisition strategy
• Coordinate with Service and Detail Departments for readiness
• Ensure compliance with OMVIC regulations
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in automotive management
• Knowledge of vehicle appraisal and wholesale purchasing
• Experience with OpenLane and EBlock platforms
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Valid Ontario Driver's Licence with clean record
