As Business Intelligence & Process Manager, you will connect business strategy with daily execution across the organization. The role combines dashboard development, data modelling, process mapping, and workflow optimization. You will work with senior leadership, operational teams, and frontline employees to strengthen measurement, technology use, and strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop executive dashboards, operational scorecards, and meaningful KPIs
- Transform complex data into actionable business insights
- Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions
- Map processes, analyze root causes, and eliminate inefficiencies
- Measure improvements across multiple departments and workflows
Requirements:
- Strong expertise in Power BI, SQL, and data modelling
