Restaurant Server Assistant

Deliver attentive guest service at Cache Creek Casino Resort using menu knowledge, sanitation procedures, and clear communication. This on-site restaurant role requires detail orientation.

The Server Assistant supports restaurant service by anticipating guest needs and collaborating closely with coworkers. Responsibilities include understanding menu items, following service standards, completing side work, and maintaining bar areas. The position also requires six months of restaurant experience and a Cache Creek Casino Resort Tribal Gaming License.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand menu items and follow sequence of service standards
• Perform assigned side work duties throughout restaurant operations
• Converse with guests and address their needs appropriately
• Stock and clean bar areas with the bartender
• Inventory service equipment monthly to maintain adequate counts

Requirements:

• Six months of bussing, serving, or bartending experience
• At least 21 years of age
• Familiarity with current sanitation procedures
• Cache Creek Casino Resort Tribal Gaming License
• Tips Alcohol Awareness certification
