This casual Resident Care Attendant supports resident care services under the Executive Director or Director of Care. The work includes personal care, meals, housekeeping, laundry, therapeutic recreation, and resident-centered interactions. Care is delivered according to applicable provincial standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living
• Deliver personal care promoting resident choice and participation
• Assist with meals, housekeeping, laundry, and recreation

Requirements:

• Graduate of a recognized Health Care Assistant program
• Registration with the BC Care Aide and Community Health Worker Registry
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Genuine concern for seniors' well-being
• Availability for casual employment
