Job description
Serve food and drinks at Whistler Blackcomb while building guest connections in a winter seasonal mountain setting. Full-time and part-time hours are available.
This Server position supports the Food and Beverage team at Whistler Blackcomb for winter 2026/2027. You will make recommendations, enter orders through a Point of Sale system, maintain workstations, and communicate in fluent English. No formal experience is necessary because required skills are taught safely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with guests and coworkers during service
- Share passion for the mountains with guests
- Follow daily pre-shift leadership guidelines
- Learn menu items and recommend selections
- Enter orders properly through the Point of Sale system
Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age
- Fluent English communication skills
- Desire to learn and grow
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to bend, lift, and carry up to 40 pounds
