Enterprise AI Integration Engineer

Bridge LumApps with SAP, Workday, and ServiceNow as an Enterprise AI Integration Engineer based in the Greater Toronto Area. Use Node.js, TypeScript, Java, or Python. This Forward Deployed Engineer role focuses on the last-mile integration challenges facing global enterprises. You will architect middleware, develop custom connectors, and deliver AI Agents that securely connect enterprise data with LumApps. Working directly with customers, you will identify workflows such as HR onboarding or IT support, then convert field patterns into scalable platform improvements and Industry Vertical Packs. Key Responsibilities:

Architect middleware connecting LumApps with enterprise systems Develop custom connectors for SAP, Workday, and ServiceNow Identify customer workflows and complex data environments Deliver integrations and AI Agent prototypes through rapid cycles Share systemic integration patterns with Core R&D Requirements:

Six-plus years of customer-facing engineering or technical deployment experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field Backend API design and frontend framework experience Interest in Generative AI, RAG architecture, and Agentic workflows Ability to communicate professionally in English and travel regularly Bring enterprise integration, software development, and customer solution design skills to LumApps AI deployments and platform evolution.
