GoodLife Fitness Front Desk Motivator

Welcome GoodLife Fitness Members at Airdrie Towerlane Centre through front desk expertise, customer service, and a clean, safe club environment.

As a part time Customer Service Representative, you will greet Members and Potential Members while supporting positive club experiences. You will handle calls, answer membership questions, resolve concerns, and assist with FitFix and Cardio machines. The position also includes selling memberships, services, products, and amenities when opportunities arise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet Members and check them in for workouts
• Handle calls, messages, and appointment bookings efficiently
• Answer questions about FitFix and Cardio machines
• Provide Fit-Fix Starter sessions for Members
• Complete cleaning tasks and Club runs as required

Requirements:

• Hold CPR-A and AED Certification
• Obtain Smart Tan certification within three months
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Show superior customer service and interpersonal skills
• Use computers proficiently; sales experience is an asset
