Client Services Representative / Veterinary Receptionist

Located in Powell River, BC we are an established, fast-paced, busy veterinary hospital.

The Client Services Representative position involves the following:

• Serving the needs of our clients and their p ets with professionalism and confidence
• Answering phone calls and scheduling appointment s
• Invoicing and processing payments
• Electronic Medical Record-keeping
• Communication with clients, veterinarians, and team.
• Hospital Maintenance, including stocking of shelves, cleaning exam rooms and reception area.

The successful applicant will have:

• Previous experience in c lient service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with a large team
• Proficien t computer skills
• Previous experience in a veterinary clinic is preferre d
