Afternoon Shift Machine Operator

Operate automated production equipment on Give & Go’s afternoon shift, using monitors, gauges, and adjustments to maintain quality. Lead line processes while supporting safe manufacturing.

As a Machine Operator, you will work under production leadership in a high-speed baked-goods facility. Your responsibilities include equipment operation, safety procedures, production checks, packaging changes, and quality control. The position requires manufacturing experience, English documentation skills, and dependable teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor equipment using gauges, indicators, and machine controls
• Perform maintenance checks and report equipment issues promptly
• Complete first-case and process checks during production
• Load packaging materials and perform required changeovers
• Complete production paperwork accurately and on time

Requirements:

• One year of machine operation experience in manufacturing
• High school education or equivalent completion
• Ability to read and write English
• Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork abilities
• Ability to lift 25 to 50 pounds
