Tommy Gun's Guest Services Associate

Deliver exceptional guest service at Tommy Gun's Eagle Landing location in Chilliwack through front desk reception and retail support. Full-time and part-time schedules are available.

As a Guest Services Associate, you will help create the Tommy Gun's experience from arrival onward. The work combines customer service, written and verbal communication, service queue management, and retail assistance. You will support clients, answer communications, and contribute to the opening team.

• Welcome guests and support exceptional Tommy Gun's experiences
• Answer emails and phone calls professionally
• Manage service queues and support team operations
• Provide front desk reception and retail assistance
• Support product inventory and visual merchandising activities

Requirements:

• Exceptional customer service skills for every guest
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Time-management and multitasking abilities in busy settings
• Familiarity with visual merchandising and product inventory preferred
• Salon, barbershop, or spa experience is an asset
