Senior Living Dining Server

Serve residents and guests as a Dining Server with Cogir Senior Living, supporting professional service and welcoming mealtime experiences. Work in a retirement residence dining room.

Cogir Senior Living manages independent living, assisted living, and memory care residences across the country. This Server position supports dining services within a retirement residence. You will serve meals, prepare tables, provide tray service, and help maintain dining areas. Previous food service or senior-care experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve meals professionally and courteously to residents and guests
• Set, clear, and maintain dining tables
• Deliver tray service as required
• Clean dishware and cutlery after dining services
• Assist with catering and special occasions

Requirements:

• Previous food service experience preferred
• Experience working with seniors preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to lift and transfer heavy, hot items
• Current Vulnerable Position Screening or willingness to obtain one
