WSP seeks a motivated Junior Geotechnical Engineer-in-Training for projects across northern British Columbia and Yukon. The position combines field investigations, office analysis, design support, and concise technical communication. You will learn from junior and senior engineers while contributing to transportation, municipal, industrial, and environmental work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret logs, laboratory results, and monitoring records
• Translate ground conditions into practical design recommendations
• Develop technical memoranda informing client decisions
• Consider constructability, materials, and long-term performance
• Participate in meetings and problem-solving discussions

Requirements:

• Civil, geological, or geotechnical engineering degree
• Canadian Engineer-in-Training registration or eligibility
• Hands-on experience through co-op, internship, or projects
• Comfort supporting field and office work
• Interest in geotechnical tools, software, and senior mentorship
