Turn retailer data into profitable action as a Senior Sales Operations Analyst at Multy, using advanced Excel, Power BI, and commercial forecasting.
This senior commercial role connects market demand with manufacturing reality across major DIY retailers. You will build Joint Business Plans, analyze sell-through, manage Sales Pledge commitments, and guide retail execution. Multy seeks an evidence-based strategist with strong CPG, durable goods, or related commercial analysis experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Merge retailer POS data with internal ERP and shipping data
- Build and track data-driven Joint Business Plans
- Manage commercial Sales Pledge commitments and production alignment
- Present analytical decks at Sales Rallies and executive reviews
- Analyze seasonal and everyday program performance
Requirements:
- Five-plus years in Sales Operations, Category Management, or Commercial Analysis
- Major DIY retailer portal and compliance management experience
- Advanced Excel modeling and Power BI proficiency
- Understanding of Gross-to-Net financial concepts
- Strong presentation, communication, training, and mentoring skills
