Retail Front-End Operations Manager

Direct front-end operations for Jumbo with checkout optimization, self-checkout compliance, and visible customer-focused leadership. The role combines operational control with team development.

As Cash Manager, you will oversee customer-facing payment areas and coordinate efficient checkout performance. You will supervise front-end associates, maintain loss prevention controls, and resolve transactional concerns. Your work also supports promotions, peak-period strategies, and business initiatives with store leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee checkout and self-checkout performance and compliance
• Minimize wait times through effective staffing and customer flow
• Provide visible leadership on the sales floor and front end
• Implement cash controls and loss prevention procedures
• Partner with store managers on promotions and peak periods

Requirements:

• 2-4+ years in a retail leadership or similar role
• Strong organizational skills and attention to accuracy
• Ability to handle confidential financial information
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
• Ability to prioritize multiple retail responsibilities
