Thrift Store Shift Supervisor

Support daily thrift store operations as a Shift Supervisor, using customer service, cash handling, and inventory skills in a permanent full time position.

The Salvation Army seeks a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Manager and maintain uninterrupted store service. You will interact with customers and donors, process donations, complete transactions, and uphold store procedures. The position also includes team lead duties when the Store Manager is absent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Open and close the store following established procedures
• Process, sort, price, pack, and store donations
• Complete accurate cash and debit transactions
• Monitor store security and merchandise activity
• Restock shelves and maintain organized displays

Requirements:

• Completion of some high school
• Two years of store or warehouse experience
• Proven interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds frequently
• Successful applicable screening and background checks
