Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed and accurate repair estimates using specialized software
• Educate customers about repair procedures and set expectations
• Inspect vehicles and document damage throughout the repair process
• Communicate scheduling updates and claim details to customers
• Schedule appointments for appraisals, repairs, and rentals
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of collision estimating experience
• Strong customer service or administrative background
• Proficiency in automotive estimating software
• Understanding of insurer processes and terminology
• Valid Driver’s Licence
