Distribution Operator Shipping Warehouse

Manage warehouse shipping operations with Adecco as a temporary full-time Distribution Operator in Stouffville, Ontario, near Markham and Richmond Hill. Use shipping systems, packaging equipment, and careful documentation daily.

This six-month contract supports distribution of goods and materials through the organization’s supply chain. You will prepare orders, coordinate shipments, and maintain accurate packaging. The schedule runs Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare stock and floor orders for shipment accurately
• Check product descriptions, lot numbers, and packing slips
• Operate PadPak and strapping machines for shipment preparation
• Process shipments through FedEx, Purolator, UPS, and internal systems
• Support cross-dock processing and warehouse housekeeping

Requirements:

• Minimum one year of shipping experience
• Ability to move boxes weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Ability to follow written instructions and safety requirements
• Strong communication skills and independent or collaborative work ability
• Legal eligibility to work and residence in Canada
