Inside Sales Building Materials Specialist

Help customers complete building projects through special-order sales, product sourcing, and detailed order coordination at Dick’s Lumber.

Dick’s Lumber seeks an Inside Sales specialist with construction or building supply sales experience, or strong customer service focus. The position supports customers, vendors, and sales staff through special-order processes. English and Punjabi communication, computer skills, and product knowledge are important.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expedite special-order products from quotes through customer delivery
• Update customers about order status and completion
• Source custom products across vendor product lines
• Provide accurate special-order pricing to sales staff
• Process returns and maintain related documentation

Requirements:

• Communicate fluently in English and Punjabi
• Demonstrate strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Know lumber, building materials, hardware, or construction
• Bring one to two years of sales experience
• Use Microsoft Office and learn new systems quickly
