Commercial Banking Manager Micro Business

Support Maple Ridge enterprises through commercial banking, credit assessment, and customer education with ProsperaCredit Union. Serve owners across the Maple Ridge and Landmark Advice centres.

This Local Business Relationship Manager position focuses on high-value micro businesses and their owners. You will provide integrated financial advice and solutions for business and personal banking needs. The work requires relationship development, lending judgment, and clear communication with customers and specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach customers and improve their financial records
• Visit businesses to understand operations and protect loan security
• Develop additional business opportunities with current and potential customers
• Review risk, profitability, and relationship status
• Recommend retaining, expanding, or de-marketing relationships

Requirements:

• Three years’ retail lending experience and strong people skills
• Passion to learn business or two years’ small business management experience
• Successful client relationship management and business development background
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
