Shape restaurant team development as an Assistant Manager, combining leadership, training, and communication across guest-facing operations and people growth.
This Assistant Manager works with the General Manager to lead different restaurant areas while maintaining a development-focused outlook. You will assist hiring, onboarding, training, and Supervisor development. Leadership experience in a full-service restaurant or bar supports the role, alongside patience, energy, and positive communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist hiring through interviews, onboarding, and training
- Develop Supervisors and motivate surrounding team members
- Oversee front-of-house leader areas for success
- Connect with guests and ensure satisfaction
- Implement sales and profit improvement initiatives
