Project Manager

Reliance Impact is recruiting on behalf of a valued client in the restoration and construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage restoration projects, budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Coordinate clients, insurance adjusters, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and project KPIs are met.

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of construction or restoration experience.
• Proficiency in Xactimate, XactAnalysis, MS Office, and MS Project.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of the Ontario Building Code.
• IICRC certifications (WRT/FSRT) preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and flexibility for occasional on-call duties.
