Part Time Member Experience Advisor

Deliver exceptional member service at Servus Credit Union’s Red Deer South Hill Branch through transactions, referrals, and financial solutions. This permanent part-time role is on-site.

As a Member Experience Advisor, you provide first-line support as members pursue financial goals. You process banking transactions, identify needs, explain Servus products, and refer members to specialists. You also help maintain branch security, compliance, and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process cash and non-cash member service transactions
• Provide responsive service and resolve routine account problems
• Promote products and generate needs-based sales referrals
• Demonstrate digital and self-serve service channels
• Support security, opening, closing, and compliance activities

Requirements:

• One year of customer service or administration experience
• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
• Good computer and communication skills
• Problem-solving, organization, and multitasking ability
• Numerical aptitude and good financial literacy
