Agriculture Equipment Branch Manager

This Branch Manager role leads a full-service agriculture branch serving new and used equipment, parts, and service customers. You will drive sales growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The position requires agriculture equipment management experience, financial analysis, and strong communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead sales activities and coach team members’ selling performance
• Analyze markets and competitive pressures to grow market share
• Develop monthly projections, budgets, and profitability forecasts
• Oversee branch operations, safety, compliance, and customer experience
• Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate branch employees

Requirements:

• Five years of progressively responsible agriculture equipment management experience
• Understanding of products, market dynamics, and dealership operations

• Clean driving abstract and willingness to travel as needed
