Digital Content Marketing Lead

Lead digital storytelling for American Tall with strong editorial instincts, social expertise, and content planning across owned channels.

As Content and Social Lead, you will turn campaign concepts and brand positioning into consistent, platform-native content. Social remains the primary channel, while stories extend into email, website, and broader editorial experiences. The work spans product education, personal style, culture, everyday life, and men’s fit for a tall-community audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate brand and campaign direction into channel-ready content
• Build content briefs, concepts, and executional plans
• Adapt creative assets across social, email, and website
• Support shoots, editing, asset delivery, and publishing
• Share performance learnings with cross-functional partners

Requirements:

• Three to five or more years in related content or social roles
• Experience across consumer, lifestyle, fashion, or retail brands
• Understanding of short-form video and digital storytelling
• Experience with content calendars, CMS, and asset management
• Ability to interpret metrics and improve effectiveness
