As a Junior Meat Cutter, you will support meat preparation, cutting, merchandising, and customer assistance. You will learn from a trained Meat Cutter while following Farm Boy Service Standards. The work emphasizes freshness, presentation, food safety, HACCP compliance, cleanliness, and accurate product handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome, greet, and assist customers with product knowledge
• Learn meat cutting skills alongside a trained Meat Cutter
• Prepare, cut, package, stock, and rotate meat products
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized department areas
• Complete opening, closing, inventory, and ordering duties

Requirements:

• Genuine passion for exceptional customer service
• Minimum one year related experience or equivalent education
• Strong teamwork, communication, organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to handle standing, lifting, repetitive tasks, and colder environments
• English fluency and schedule flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays
