Senior Field Services Analyst at Wenco

Wenco International Mining Systems is looking for an experienced Senior Field Services Analyst to lead complex field work in North America. This role involves hands-on expertise with mining technologies, emphasizing field installations and client satisfaction.
In this senior position, you will report to the Client Services Manager while overseeing high-risk fieldwork at mine sites. You'll be integral to new product introductions and ensuring installations meet Wenco's standards. Your technical prowess will guide teams through advanced troubleshooting and the creation of essential documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead installation and commissioning of new deployments
• Establish installation baselines and perform QA checks
• Conduct advanced root cause analysis on system issues
• Mentor Field Services Analysts on best practices
• Build training materials and troubleshooting guides
Requirements:
• 5–10 years in hardware installation or field services
• Degree in Electronics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Expertise in networking, GPS, and rugged hardware
• Valid driver's license and able to travel extensively
• French fluency preferred for client interactions
