Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Project Manager with a strong background in Backend/API Development. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional project management skills and a solid understanding of backend technologies. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee backend/API development projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring all parties are informed of project status and changes.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills

• Proven experience in project management, particularly in software development projects.
• Strong understanding of backend technologies and API development.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Experience with cloud services and microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• 15-30 years of relevant experience in project management and backend/API development.
