The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in Operations or Project Coordination, particularly in infrastructure projects. You will manage subcontractors, execute project planning, and ensure compliance with H&S policies. Support our operations team in a fast-paced environment while contributing to high profile contracts daily.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare key project start-up documentation and plans
• Coordinate planning and execution of construction activities
• Manage subcontractor scheduling and compliance
• Work alongside Operations Management on H&S procedures
• Maintain project management spreadsheets and reporting
Requirements:
• 2-3 years in Project Coordination or assistant role
