Business Financing Services Agent

Support business account managers through financing operations, financial data entry, and client file coordination within Desjardins. French knowledge is required for this work.

This Financial Services Agent supports sales teams with operational tasks for business financing products and services. The work includes preparing meeting documentation, compiling financial statements, and recording transactions. You will also monitor lines of credit, process reports, and follow up with members and clients. The position requires an Attestation of Collegial Studies and at least two years of relevant experience. Other combinations of qualifications and experience may be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare member and client meeting documentation
• Enter financial data and update profiles
• Record payouts, renewals, offers, and contract changes
• Monitor credit lines and required coverages
• Follow up on missing signatures and documents

Requirements:

• Attestation of Collegial Studies
• Minimum two years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of French
• Ability to compile financial statements
• Knowledge of loan and guarantee contracts
