Hybrid role with a minimum of 10 in-person hours at our Cambridge office, & along with virtual sessions
Competitive 60/40 fee split in your favour
Consistent referrals, with marketing and advertising handled by the practice
Monthly sex therapy group consultation and optional yearly training
Full freedom to set your own schedule, rates, and client focus
This role suits clinicians who are curious, collaborative, and comfortable sitting with the conversations other practices tiptoe around. You want somewhere that trusts you to run your work your way, sends you referrals, and has your back when a session goes somewhere tender.
Note: we’re a small team, so fit matters here as much as credentials. If your practice is already sex positive, trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and queer-affirming, keep reading.
