Job description
Manage personal insurance accounts at KRGinsure while delivering expert client service and assessing risks through a hybrid work model.
As a full-time, permanent Personal Lines Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio and support clients’ personal insurance needs. The position requires brokerage experience, strong communication, and Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency. You will collaborate with producers and insurance partners while developing tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive, expert service to personal insurance clients
- Manage renewals and process endorsements efficiently
- Assess risk exposures and recommend tailored insurance solutions
- Guide clients confidently through the claims process
- Prepare applications, proposals, and insurance documentation
Requirements:
- Three or more years of Personal Lines brokerage experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with EPIC, Compu-Quote, or broker portals considered an asset
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong professionalism and commitment to expert client service
