Senior Accountant Private Enterprise Victoria

Lead compilation, review, and audit work as a Senior Accountant in DMCL’s Victoria office, preparing financial statements and tax filings.

This Senior Accountant/Supervisor serves private-sector clients across diverse industries. You will support engagement planning, execution, and completion while preparing corporate, personal, and trust tax filings. The position also includes client communication, year-end working papers, and coaching junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead key areas of compilation, review, and audit engagements
• Prepare financial statements and corporate, personal, and trust tax filings
• Support engagement planning, execution, and completion
• Manage client information requests and address questions
• Review work and coach junior staff

Requirements:

• Three or more years of public practice experience
• Experience with private enterprise clients preferred
• CPA designation
• Compilation, review, tax, and year-end working paper experience
• Collaborative communication and willingness to work in-office four to five days weekly
