Learning Content Coordinator Intern

Coordinate learning content projects at SOTI in Mississauga through a hybrid internship, using planning, writing, and multimedia skills.

As a Content Coordinator Intern, you will support the Learning Experience & Design team. You will help transform SOTI product capabilities into practical learning experiences through videos, webinars, web-based training, and instructional resources. The twelve-month internship begins January 2027.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track learning content projects, deliverables, schedules, and approvals
• Coordinate activities with specialists, subject matter experts, and stakeholders
• Maintain plans, inventories, documentation, and status reports
• Draft and organize scripts, storyboards, presentations, and learning materials
• Publish content across LMS, Learning Hub, SharePoint, and YouTube

Requirements:

• Pursuing a related degree or diploma
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, ClickUp, and Microsoft Planner
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or DaVinci Resolve
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization, planning, time management, and attention to detail
