Design automation and optimization systems as a Senior Lean Engineering Analyst supporting Best Buy Canadian Distribution Centers in a hybrid GTA role.
Best Buy calls this Solutions Engineer position a Senior Lean Engineering Analyst. You will improve integration among people, processes, and technology while supporting distribution center productivity. The work includes automation equipment, material handling, fulfillment operations, and efficiency initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan automated systems that improve productivity and integration
- Design automation equipment improvements for efficiency
- Analyze distribution center processes and material handling changes
- Manage facility layout, process, and technology projects
- Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and supply chain specialists
Requirements:
- Three-plus years in engineering, logistics, or distribution
- Two-plus years implementing warehouse or industrial automation
- Advanced AutoCAD and Excel skills
- Engineering diploma or bachelor’s degree
- Lean and Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
