This Bulk Statements Assembly Associate prepares output for correlation and assembles statement packages. The permanent part-time schedule requires 20 or more hours weekly. Success involves quality checks, reconciliation, scanning, and careful adherence to job instructions and service deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare output for correlation and gather required package materials
• Confirm Job Dockets and Bill of Materials instructions
• Perform prescribed quality checks and validate print quality
• Reconcile, assemble, seal, and pre-sort completed packages
• Scan jobs and complete volume capture summaries

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• One to two years of related experience
• Production environment experience considered an asset
• Strong customer service and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to lift 25 pounds
