Industrial Millwright Estimator Long Sault

Bring 15+ years of millwrighting estimating experience to The Laframboise Group’s permanent, full-time office in Long Sault, Ontario.

This Senior Mechanical Estimator position focuses on industrial projects valued at $10MM or more. The work combines contract documentation, supplier pricing, construction drawings, P&IDs, and estimating software. You will support proposals serving sectors including petrochemical, mining, and power.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project documents and site conditions to understand work
• Analyze and administer contract documentation
• Solicit proposal input on procurement and construction strategy
• Focus strategies on constructability, efficiency, and safety
• Follow estimating standards and health and safety requirements

Requirements:

• 15+ years of millwrighting work and estimating experience
• Industrial project experience involving $10MM-plus scopes
• Ability to manage deadlines and concurrent proposals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• French or Spanish bilingual ability is an asset
