Community Health Services Nurse

Support community health through blood sampling, vaccination assessment, and patient education as a Nurse in a locally operated store.

Working with the pharmacy team, this Nurse role delivers health, beauty, and convenience services centered on patients. You will assess health needs, provide appropriate vaccines, support hypertension and diabetes services, and explain monitoring devices. Professional, caring patient interactions are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess health status and vaccination needs
• Identify vaccines based on travel destinations
• Provide hypertension and diabetes services
• Explain glucometer and blood pressure monitor use
• Welcome patients professionally and compassionately

Requirements:

• Member of the Québec nursing professional order
• DCS or bachelor’s degree in nursing
• Familiarity with Québec immunization protocol
• Familiarity with travel health services
