Early Childhood Educator Richmond Hill

Support infants and toddlers at Kidz Town Learning Centre Inc. as an Early Childhood Educator in Richmond Hill, Ontario. Work on site while planning development-focused learning.

This permanent full-time position requires English and a one- to two-year college, CEGEP, or non-university certificate or diploma. Candidates need one to less than seven months of experience. You will develop child-care programs supporting children’s physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development. The position also includes assisting educators, observing children, and preparing reports for parents, guardians, or supervisors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess children’s development and prepare tailored learning plans
• Bathe, diaper, and feed infants and toddlers
• Implement programs supporting children’s development
• Encourage creativity through art, dramatic play, music, and activity
• Observe learning or behavioural concerns and prepare reports

Requirements:

• One- to two-year college or related certificate or diploma
• One to less than seven months of experience
• English language ability
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Punctuality, dependability, reliability, and flexibility
