Optical Clinic Patient Care Coordinator

Coordinate optical clinic services at FYidoctors Cold Lake - 55 Street through patient communication, appointment management, and eyewear support. Work full time, 30 to 40 hours weekly, Monday to Saturday.

This Patient Services Specialist role supports patients throughout their clinic experience, from arrival through checkout and eyewear pickup. You will coordinate appointments, prepare prescription printouts, manage billing and payments, and perform pre-testing for comprehensive eye care. Strong interpersonal skills, technology proficiency, and adaptability are important for changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate patient appointments and prepare prescription printouts
• Manage billing, payments, check-in, and check-out
• Perform pre-testing for comprehensive eye care
• Arrange eyewear pickups and minor repairs
• Deliver exceptional customer service to patients
