Operate forklifts safely in Windsor’s automotive manufacturing sector while supplying production lines and completing required documentation accurately. This is full-time work.

Canadian Executive Search Group is hiring a Full-Time Forklift Operator for its client in Windsor, Ontario. The role supports production through timely material delivery, quality inspections, inventory records, and workplace safety. Candidates need manufacturing experience, attention to detail, and schedule flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently
• Supply production lines with materials on time
• Complete quality inspections and report defects
• Maintain inventory records and report discrepancies
• Complete shift documentation and follow PPE procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum two years’ forklift experience in manufacturing
• Availability five to six days weekly
• Flexibility for swing shifts, midnights, and overtime
• Strong attention to detail and safety commitment
• Own transportation, safety shoes, and safety glasses
