Collision Repair Customer Service Representative

Customer service and repair coordination define this Assured Automotive opportunity. Support collision customers through phone, in-person, and email interactions.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage customer and insurance partner relationships while supporting repair facility administration. The work includes appointment scheduling, insurance assignment processing, repair documentation, and communication records. You will also manage car rental information and apply continuous learning to support quality and positive NPS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly service by phone, in person, and email
• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using the repair management system
• Process insurance assignments promptly
• Prepare repair orders with proper documentation
• Record customer and insurance communications using ASE

Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Minimum one year of customer service experience
• Automotive industry experience ideally preferred
• Strong Google platform and Microsoft Office knowledge
• Valid driver’s license required
