Your responsibilities include collaborating with sales and marketing teams, utilizing Salesforce for program promotion, and monitoring program data to enhance performance. Your efforts will significantly impact customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop experience plans for Canon's Corporate Perks Program
• Promote the program to customers using Salesforce
• Facilitate sign-ups and coordinate corporate account creations
• Train partners on program guidelines and tools
• Monitor sales data for ongoing program enhancements
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in sales or marketing
• Post-secondary education in Business or related fields
• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation
• Proficient in Google Slides/Sheets and Salesforce
• Effective time management across multiple tasks
