FedEx Seasonal Package Handler

FedEx seeks a seasonal Package Handler skilled in freight scanning and sorting. This part-time position runs Saturday through Wednesday with early starts.

This 12-week seasonal Package Handler position supports FedEx Canada facility operations. Duties include loading and unloading freight, scanning shipments, and sorting freight within the facility. The schedule includes Thursday and Friday off, with start times around 4:00 AM, changing to approximately 1:30 AM after November 16.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load freight within the facility
• Unload freight safely and efficiently
• Scan freight during facility operations
• Sort freight within the facility
• Complete assigned duties and mandatory training

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• FedEx Canada operations knowledge preferred
• Canadian Customs regulations knowledge preferred
• Good interpersonal skills
• Lift 70 pounds and maneuver 150-pound packages with equipment

Support FedEx Canada freight operations through scanning, sorting, loading, and unloading while meeting physical and training requirements.
